Responsibility for Water Systems
The water association is responsible for everything up to the valve. Anything beyond the valve is the homeowner’s responsibility.
If you notice water running down the road or pooling anywhere, please contact ITC immediately.
Important Reminders:
· If you have an issue with your irrigation system (anything on your side of the valve), this is the responsibility of the homeowner for all repairs.
· ITC still needs to be informed about emergencies such as water running down the street.
· ITC will charge for service calls related to non-emergency issues, such as a dirty filter or a closed valve.
· Repairs or maintenance to your yard system are not covered by your annual fee.

If you see any water running down the road or pooling up somewhere please contact ITC immediately.
Also remember, if you have a problem with your yard system (anything on your side of our valve), you need to call a landscape contractor for repairs. ITC still wants to know about water running down the street, emergency stuff only. ITC will bill people for a service call for something simple like a dirty filter or a valve turned off. Repairs or maintenance to your yard system is not covered by yearly fee.
For any irrigation problems please call Irrigation Technology Control at 509-886-4100
